Inspired by nature, natural earth tones and textures, Morgan Cupido depicts a style of realism, abstract and contemporary artwork, inspiring those with a passion for beautiful, bold, three dimensional pieces.

Morgan Cupido (Cue-pid-oh) was born and raised in Calgary AB, Canada, where she currently resides. Morgan was a dental assistant for 5 years specialized in airway pneumopedics before pursuing art full time. Art has always been a passion of hers throughout her entire life. She has always indulged herself in any activity that involved creativity in any capacity.

She is currently exploring self-expression in many different styles, she is a self-taught artist and heavily inspired by the raw textures and colours of the earth that surround us. She loves to highlight the subtle beauty that usually goes unnoticed. Looking into the very fine details of everything around her, she translates what she sees into her paintings. Her work is a combination of inspiration from textures around her, memories, feelings and subconscious thoughts. She believes there is something beautiful in everything. Growing up surrounded by mountains, they have become a common theme within her work. She loves how you can capture a similar concept with many different styles of paintings. Her work started with textured mountain landscapes, which has now branched into many different styles; However, heavy texture remaining consistent throughout her art.
